Tropic of Cancer Music Festival: Book Us Next Year

We went to a night of music at a favorite gathering place, La Esquina, where a lineup of incredibly talented folks here for the week long celebration called The Tropic of Cancer Concert Series, enchanted us with energy, diversity and skill. Frida and Aldo and Me got so excited that we have formed a band to audition for next year’s concert. Our name, Frida and the House Of Pain, is derived from the life and art of Frida’s namesake, Frida Kahlo, but if you heard us play you could tell the name has multiple meanings.

At any rate we are thankful that the people behind the event brought such an astonishing array of styles right here, virtually to our back yard here in Todos.
